What happens when you use the contact form
Your submission is sent to a function running on this site’s own host, Cloudflare Pages, which forwards it to n8n, a workflow-automation service, which sends your confirmation email through Resend. Your enquiry is also recorded in HubSpot, the CRM used to follow up. We ask for your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to write.
Spam protection
Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at signals from your browser to tell people from automated scripts. It does not read the contents of your message.
Analytics and booking
Pages on this site load a HubSpot tracking script, which records which pages are viewed so an enquiry can be connected to the page that prompted it. Booking a consultation takes you to a HubSpot scheduling page, where the details you enter are held by HubSpot.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance.
Do Not Track
This site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. There is no agreed standard for how a site should honour them, and the third-party services above do not act on them either. California law requires this disclosure; it does not require sites to honour the signal. If you would rather not be tracked, most browsers can block third-party scripts and cookies, and the site works without them.
